On the school website that I chose, I chose to go with one of my beloved teachers Mr Coon from Leon High School. On this page, there is information about how he'll direct the class through remote learning and how he will operate his classroom with new technology. On his website, he is brutally honest that he is still learning the technology. On his welcome page below you can see a well-written introduction that allows a parent and student to formally meet the teacher and also some links in which the student will most likely use in order to succeed in the classroom. 



    I would use technology to accomplish my professional responsibilities in the classroom by allowing children the opportunity to learn with visual aids in sports. I believe that the use of laptops and tablets allows the athlete to produce their task the way the coach requires it during the game. I think that teaching children how to succeed will boost their confidence later on in life and allow them to pass on this determination to newer peers. Laptops, tablets, and other handheld devices would greatly allow me to teach the way I want to exercise competitions.



Working on the wiki platform (PB Works) was fun. I think the software was slightly outdated for my liking but that was okay since it brought me away from my enjoyment zone and forced me to work in software that was challenging to learn. I think you could use a wiki to teach kids history because I remember in middle school that my teachers would teach history by broadcasting the Wikipedia site on the screen in class. This would allow us as students to considerably learn how to research their own information which they will later need in more challenging education.

My Blog Journal      Hi, my name is Heshawin Gilleg and I love soccer because it is more exciting than most team sports that I watch on television. I grew up in a small town just outside of Tallahassee and later moved to Tallahassee for school. I love dining and robots. My major is Business Psychology and my minor is in English.      Prior to this class, I did not know a lot regarding computers. Recently I read about the internet and how cybercrimes occur over extensive email hacks that happen more regularly than someone would guess. Blog Journal Two

Blog Journal Two      My experience Microsoft Word in kindergarten has evolved so much since then. In kindergarten, I loved games on the computer and then one day the teacher showed us Microsoft Word and taught us to spell simple words on the computer. Since then, I have improved and grown on to love word processing software. Google Docs is much more efficient to use in my opinion since it allows two people to work on one Word Document instead of having to send the document to someone else and wait for them to send it back. It is definitely an innovative approach to writing.       A standard from the ISTE standards list that means the most to me is the Citizen standard which states, "Educators inspire students to positively contribute to and responsibly participate in the digital world."
